These terms cover the use of this site and any piece ordered or commissioned through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please do not copy them for resale or present the work here as your own.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a finished agreement. An order is agreed once we have confirmed the piece, the price and the timing in writing.
Commissions are taken in small numbers each season. If we cannot make something well, or cannot make it in time, we will say so rather than take the work.
Prices are confirmed before anything is made, and a deposit is usually agreed at the start. The balance falls due before a finished piece is sent.
Colour, texture and size vary a little from piece to piece, and photographs cannot show that exactly. Those differences are part of the work, not a fault.
We pack each piece ourselves and send it once it is properly cured and dry. If something arrives damaged, tell us within a few days and we will repair or replace it.
A piece made to your own specification cannot be returned unless it is faulty, since it was made for you alone.
