This page explains what we keep when you use the site or write to us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Messages stay with us while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to an order are kept longer, because we may need to look them up.
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us run the studio, and only the part they need to do their job.
Access is limited to the people who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site sets a small number of cookies. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is set out separately.
When we change anything here, we'll update this page and mark the date at the top.
